Christmas Tree collection is a doorstep collection only.
Our collection team are not insured to enter into your home.

If a Christmas tree is not ready for collection on the date you have chosen, you will have to pay for a new collection.
We will not accept and claims for any damaged or mess whatsoever.

Christmas tree collection is up to a maximum of 10ft.

Collection is per tree.

We will only collect large trees sold by ourselves.

We will however collect large trees (not sold by us) with prior agreement with management. we will charge double the collection fee.
