In accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 days to return an item once you have received it. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
Once your return has been accepted, you have an additional 14 days to return the item to us. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging when you return it.
Please note that return postage is not covered unless otherwise stated in communications with us. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:
If you receive goods that are damaged, please inspect them carefully upon delivery. If the box is damaged beyond an acceptable state in transit and requires a signature, please sign the delivery as “damaged” and refuse the delivery, also prompt the courier to return it back to us.
We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods. Please note that we may require photographic evidence of the damage in order to process your claim.
